Started SS at the ending of September, seeing strength and weight gains. At 147lb at 5'7. Also how long can I expect to keep adding 10lbs to my squat a week?

Depends on shitloads of variables, your genes, leverages, how far you're willing to push your weight, recovery factors, your consistency, form.

But on average people do SS for 4-7 months.

I haven't squatted or diddly'd in more than a year so I just used half of my leg press for squat and the last deadlift I remember doing. I also really really like pull-ups.

I don't pendlay because I have a shitty back and bulging disks, just regular is fine.
Lats recover quickly though like delts, I hit mine every other day to catch them up after neglecting to work them for a year.

Yeah my squat sucks. I dunno why since my quads are my biggest muscles going in (cyclist) so I thought my squat would be strong.
I can barely squat 1pl8 for 5 reps but im at 2pl8 diddly and over 1pl8 bench
