I think once every other day or so is probably the sweet spot in my experience. Not so often that I need porn, but not so sparse that I can't focus.

No direct proof but I have made a good guess based upon all of the evidence we have about this so far.

It takes up too three months of total abstiance from both masturbation and all overt sexual media and imagery to completely detox. And for people who've grown up on porn and heavy masturbation it could take years.

From what I've heard, these meal plan things (at least the one in pic related) actuall sort of work but are pricy as fuck, they're basically pre packaged 1,800 - 2,000 calorie a day meals so if you actually follow plan you will eventually lose weight. Granted its like 4x the Price of actually buying healthy food and measuring
