I hit 1,5pl8 bench on like, my 3rd chest day. I think I would have reached 2pl8 for a one rep max but my wrists hurt so I figured I'd rather avoid injury.

is 6 months a long time to hit related?. I've been lifting ~one month and am at 75kg is this good progress.

I've never benched a barbell, only DBs, am I retarded?
Also how do you convert DB weight to barbell weight? Lifting 25 kg DBs is more than 1pl8 but how much more?

Well I remembered when I started working out I stalled around 21kg dumbbells on the flat bench. After that I went to the gym and got to 65kg 1x5 (not true 5rm, since I got some more sets of 4 after that). After that went back to dumbbells and started with 24kg for 3x8 or something like that. Now the biggest dumbbells I've benched are 36kg for 3x3. I am estimating my 5rm with a barbell if I start hitting the gym (for at least a month to get used to barbell training again) will be around 80-85kg without stalling. You can't tell for sure. I think there was some way to estimate DB to BB posted on bodybuilding.com or something.
