Weighted Dips
The good ol' bench press.
Flat dumb bell bench press.
snatch
BONUS: snatch
T-bar rows, do you do them with a ~45 or ~90 degree forward bend? Can't really seem to find proper consensus out there.
>Favourite
3 way tie between deadlift, bench and weighted chinups. If I HAD to pick one, deadlift, not because I prefer it more but because it is heavier and I put up bigger numbers and progress faster
>Favourite for back
Deadlifts or chinups, as above.
Dips
>OHP
>pendlay rows
nearly 90 degrees always
Got it, thanks user
fell for the bait kid
it's pretty simple: the lower the bend angle, the more you target the upper traps (the bit you can see from the front). the higher the angle, the more you hit the traps on the back.
if you've already done rack pulls or some upper trap movement that day, do 90 deg
>snatch grip high pulls
the only people who would not have pull ups as their favorite exercise are dyels that can't do them
Incline dumbbell press
Deads
Pendlay rows
