I fucking did it!

squat pr, and i figured out what's wrong with my squats! you'll all think i'm a weak bitch and that's okay because i'm better than i was yesterday. but for the longest time i could not squat more than 105lbs. today i did my 3x5 110lbs :)

after that third set i feel fucking fantastic! my issue was my shoulders. particularly my right shoulder. i've had two surgeries on it and it would always hurt after a set. today i spent a LONG time stretching it out with wall slides and the corner wall things. before i started and between sets. it helped a TON.

fuck i feel so good. thank you guys you're all pretty great even when you're mean assholes lol ily

well i took 150mg caffeine before the workout and then when i finished that last set of squats it was like holy cats i feel fucking fantastic! and after all the sets my shoulder didn't even hurt which was a first. so like i think i got this now. LOTS AND LOTS of stretching!

hey im also a girl (assuming you are one clearly from your post). 115 for a woman is pathetic, you need to up your game and try harder. Anything less than 60kgs for a squat if you've been going to the gym for over 6 months is pathetic. I don't mean to put you down or deter you, im just trying to tell you that your current weight is nothing impressive, and you should push to improve yourself and do more.
