if you weigh like 250 pounds @15% bf and you want to eat 2g per lb lbm
you need ~400g of proton
to get 400g of protonz (which is extreme) you can snack whole day on chicken and drink 4 scoops
but you dont need 400g, like 100-150 would be enough
