For how long can I keep some foods (rice, hard boiled eggs, etc) cooked on the fridge?

Are BCAA's single amino acids like creatine and l-glutamine ?

I get raging multi day headaches from even a small dose of creatine or a single capsule pill of l-glutamine (regular dose is 10 capsules/day). I'd like to take something, but don't want to spend another chunk of money on something that will just give me more headaches.

At the top of the incline dumbbell press my pec starts to "flare". its like its activates/deactivates rapidity. is this some strange muscle mind connection that will disappear if i do it more often?
I'm a chestlet and have a hard time activating my chest over all, but this only happens with the IDP.

Pull

Push

Bench // OHP 4x5 1x5+
OHP // Bench 3x8-12

Triceps pushdowns 3x8-12 SS Lateral Raises 3x15-20
Overhead Triceps extensions 3x8-12 SS Lateral Raises 3x15-20

Legs

Squat 2x5 1x5+
RDL 3x8-12
Leg Press 3x8-12
Leg Curls 3x8-12
Calf raises 5x8x12

-Isnt 4x5 1x5+ a bit too much volume for Bench and OHP in a ppl? Would it be better if I did 2x5 1x5+ as the squats?

- Is there a substitute for BB row since I dont like it too much? I'd like to avoid it if possible, but I will do it if necessary.

What do you think of this overall, for an early intermediate/intermediate stage?

Hard booked eggs will last quite a few days in the fridge. Don't worry though, they'll fucking stink when they go bad.

Rice is a different matter, you need to be really careful with cooked rice cos of bad shit that believe to it when cooling down and reheating. Basically don't bother, just cook it fresh each time, it isn't that difficult
