Are BCAA's single amino acids like creatine and l-glutamine ?

I get raging multi day headaches from even a small dose of creatine or a single capsule pill of l-glutamine (regular dose is 10 capsules/day). I'd like to take something, but don't want to spend another chunk of money on something that will just give me more headaches.

-Isnt 4x5 1x5+ a bit too much volume for Bench and OHP in a ppl? Would it be better if I did 2x5 1x5+ as the squats?

Hard booked eggs will last quite a few days in the fridge. Don't worry though, they'll fucking stink when they go bad.

Rice is a different matter, you need to be really careful with cooked rice cos of bad shit that believe to it when cooling down and reheating. Basically don't bother, just cook it fresh each time, it isn't that difficult

Doing Texas method. Hit 5x5 210 bench 3 weeks ago then got a cold the following week so I took a week off. Last week I missed 4 reps at 205 (5x5) and this week I missed a bunch of reps at 210 (sets of 3,4,3,2 and skipped the last one cuz I felt like shit). I tried to do 240 2RM last week (which is what I was at before my cold).

I dislocated my shoulder doing face pulls this past friday. It went out and right back in. I got surgery for the same shoulder about 3 years ago because it had dislocated twice in the same year. It feels odd like kind of sore if I move it in certain ways. The only chest exercise I can do without being afraid are cable flies. All my other lifts are relatively unaffected, pull ups included. What do? Should I just wait it out for like a week or should I just go to the doc and have her gains goblin me? I'm pretty upset over this honestly. I still want to make it but how am I gonna make it with no bench press?

You should be going up in weight every lift. If you get set back and can't do it that day then thats fine but you should rarely be doing the same weight (if you're trying to get stronger). How long are you resting between sets? Around 95% of original strength at 5 minutes and only 80% around 2-3 minutes

Been lifting for 7 weeks now (transitioning from long distance running), and where I’m making steady gains in my lifts, I’m not really putting on weight. I’m on 3.2k cals a day, eating clean. I worked out my daily cal intake with a fitness app and it says 50% of my macros should be carbs but unsure if that’s correct?

I was discussing this issue with a couple of guys I work with who are long time lifters. Person A says I should eat more carbs and maintain my current calorie intake (eating more fat than carbs at the moment), and Person B says I should just eat more cals a day including an additional meal (currently eat 3 meals a day).

I’m not sure what to do. I can easily do either choices or maybe there’s something else?

Is it possible to build muscle with a home workout routine or do I need a gym membership?
