2 dl of oats
4 dl of water
Microwave for 3 minutes

alright, since ive become a hobby chef as of late thanks to you guys
My spaghetti bolognaise:
> Chopp 1 onion, red or yellow doesnt matter
> Chopp 3 cloves of garlic
> chopp 3 small chilis, not the strongest ones
> start boiling about two cans of crushed tomatos
> add the veggies and let it boil
> fry 400grams of minced beef meat
> add to boiling sauce
> add salt pepper and oregano after taste
> boil for an hour
> cook spaghetti and eat with parmesan cheese
Its good for you. Not protein heavy but I cant eat steak every day
Legit cant wait for someone to post that infographic on how to make a chilli that gets posted every single recipe thread.
its a classic, but it gets boring after 100x times
for your cheat week
cookies are also a good cheat snack
Going to post some you haven't seen before
**WARNING: REDDIT POSTS INC**
For this one you could probably get away with 3 slices of bread
My tip is to invest in a slow cooker and a Costco card to fill it with meat and drink the meat juice.
What unit of measurement is dl?
This is horrendous, don't do it,you'll just be wasting groceries.
Dick licks
genuinely kek'd
>microwave 15 minutes
>aluminum foil wrap
>chest pain medication
Is this really neccesary?
No macros here, tastes good though.
As far as cooking I just throw everything in a pan, you don't have to put things on the side
It'll 'splode
For those who are challenged or lazy
kek but pls nobody fall for the aluminum foil losing sparks igniting the nitroglycerin
I microwave panko chikcen nuggets to defrost them
put them in the oven
take them out and out them in a sandwich to consume
What a time to be alive. We radiate our food to cook it
No images but you take equal parts protein powder and water and about a tsp of baking powder in a bowl, stick in the microwave for about a minute(don't let it overflow dummy). Add frozen fruit or chocolate chips

>Not injecting the nitroglycerin for explosive strength gains
Looks like it's about 2k calories, mostly fat, little protein and a lot of carbs.
Any quick breakfast recipes? I never have time in the morning to cook and prepackaged shit like pop tarts fucking sucks every day.
this is pretty embarrassing, you'd think a fitness board would have a better handle on how to cook for oneself
