it's not simply a matter of lower intelligence (though the intelligence gap is not as trivial as you paint it) it's the violence, and unpleasantness and generally sociopathy. it's the way they fly off the handle about the most minor of shit. it's their compete lack of restraint. it's their habit of barely even being able to evaluate risk/reward and beating people to a bloody pulp for ten dollars. it's their tendency to not just punch a person but to punch a person and keep on hitting until their victim is a bloody mess with brain damage and several broken bones in the hospital. it's their habit of being 13% of the population yet being responsible for 50% of the homicides.

Many tribes in africa have individuals with caucasoid skulls, but it doesn't mean they are caucasian or look caucasian, they still look either mongoloid or negroid.
