Why does this guy look like shit when he clearly looks like he lifts?

im in the overreaching phase of it right now. I legit spent 3 hours in the gym yesterday... the intensity is insane. Only pain ive had so far (knock on wood) is some pain in my right scapula from low bar squats, small pec strain, and some small groin pain. So far so good I have like 3 weeks left and have been hitting all the perscribed reps/sets what kind of gains can I expect to make? Also what should I do after Ph3?? No way im running this shit again because its just way too much. Ive been reading up on RTS principles
