What the fuck is up with my testosterone

18 y/o
6'1 168lbs
So im feeling constantly nervous, getting night sweats etc, and i go to the doctor because i suspect low t.
All vitamins normal
Doctor says testosterone normal
number is 445.
I dont know what to think... is my testosterone low for my age? i don't believe thats normal if t peaks in these years of my life. and if it is low, is it whats making me feel anxious af? or is that just anxiety? working out helps, but the good feeling from it doesnt last more than a few hours.
The doctor says that t fluctuates every day, but im worried theres something wrong with me and im going to turn into a pathetic soyboy and its only going to get worse. Pls help, dont know what to think, dont know where to get advice

Yeah 445 is normal, nowadays. Normal for nu-males and beta faggots and such other ilk that currently litter our society.

>night sweats
>nervous
HIV

445 is indeed low. for 18-20 it should be atleast 650nd/dL+

>vitamin d 5k ius a day
>8 hours of sleep
>plenty of fats, the more saturated the better
>ashwahgandha at night

Should help quite a bit senpai

doctor literally just told me to stop taking vitamin d, is it bad to have too much? i feel like i should go see a specialist and get supplementation. Is it possible that im just not yet done growing/ late bloomer or something?

oh no fug

is the part about it fluctuating true? would there be that much variance?

>stop taking vitamin d

Why, what argument did he give?

You're 18. You should be around 800. 445 is normal for someone in their 50s. Eat more saturated fat and cholesterol. Lift heavier.

It can be bad to have too much, but unless you're taking 10000 IU/day and spending hours sunbathing, you're probably fine. Also, estrogen closes growth plates. Aromatase inhibitors and estrogen blockers help prolong the growth period of puberty.

that i had been taking 4000 iu/d supplements and my level was getting to high.
thanks for the advice. i eat lots of eggs (cholesterol i think?) I will work on the other.

Ought I go to a urologist? would he take my concerns seriously and give me testosterone supplementation?

>that i had been taking 4000 iu/d supplements and my level was getting to high.
your doctor is right, that dose is pretty high even with not getting sunlight at all

kek you are in normal range kid, no one will give you test sups at 445
you are miserable and now you want an excuse and an easy and quick fix for it

get your shit together, eat healthy, lift heavy and sleep well and your depression will fade and your test will rise again naturally

not saying youre wrong, but ive heard toxicity levels are nowhere near 4000 iu, they are more like 50,000 iu, with no real downside to taking more. i take 10,000 iu per day in the morning.

>estrogen closes growth plates
What

>Nightsweats
>Nervous

Vampirism.

Yeah well done retard you might not got poisoned by a dosage but you will see long term health problems after continued use

thanks for your help. is it really possible to naturally recover test levels? does this mean i am not a fucked soyboy for life provided i do get my shit together?

You have GAD retard, not low t.

according to whom? id like to see a source

>got all the signs of being high test
>except for having a low libido and weak erections
J U S T
U
S
T

>have no signs of low test
>except hard to build muscle
>and doc said it was 450 ng/dl
granted that was before i started eating well, lifting well, and getting enough sleep, but still...

just?

does anxiety affect testosterone measurements?

Same with me, user.
I have a good body, Im happy, I sleep 8 hours a day and take in alot of "good" fat. Still my libido is pretty low and the erection never gets really hard. Time to buy some cialis.

It can do if you've not been sleeping well and eating well. Poor sleep is a sure fire way to plummet t levels. Fix you're anxiety and stress issues

yes if your diet sucks/if you train heavily/if you're obese/if you took the test in the afternoon

do whatever the fuck you wanna do, you probably don't have crazy symptoms from that alone, but a t level that low could be indicative of secondary hypogonadism caused by serum hyperprolactinemia or other hormonal imbalances

I was told that you can see how much test you have by how much hair is on your thighs. Is this true?

You're working in nd/dL so I'd need a conversion.

Must admit though, I was in exactly the same boat brother.

Anxiety, panic attacks, no appetite (skelly as fuck, like "dying of cancer" thin) and would force myself to eat more but would just throw it up (involuntarily), no drive, no energy. Awful.

Doctors put me on Mirtazapine (anti-anxiety med) and I only agreed because a side-effect is often increased appetite - it just made things much worse and coming off was pure hell.

So I got my test checked. 12.1nmol/L. NHS range is 9-35, so I was "in range", but looking further that range is from a cross-section of the population, and 12.1 is the average for an 85 year old man.

So I started my first roid cycle, with full "approval" from my GP. Now I've finished, even though he still can't officially condone what I've done, he said it's done me the world of good.

Nothing crazy, just your basic test-e cycle. Put on two stone, panic/anxiety vanished, appetite amazing, drive and energy through the roof, sleeping properly. Best decision I ever made.

On PCT now and it's plain sailing so far. Going to see where my levels are at after and might just blast and cruise for the foreseeable future. Who knows, if this cycle has knocked my natural test a bit lower, I might get the "cruise" dose on the NHS.

A lot of research saying testosterone is the magic cure for so many male issues, from physical health, to mental health. There's a reason male suicide rates shoot up in line with natural drops in testosterone (late 20s, then more so in middle-age).

Of course, it's going to be tough to convince brainwashed Americans and their addiction to prescription drugs like SSRIs.

What is a good test boosting stack? I don't wanna go full roid mode yet, but if any one could recommend the best stack of supplements and workout routine I'll be willing to stick to it and post results in a couple months and the after a year when I turn 21.

This is your brain on Veeky Forums memes. You can have as high T as you want, but as long it's not astronomically beyond the normal human range, exercise and proper diet are still needed for optimal physical and mental health.

test boost doesnt work bro

eat a ton of red meat (and have a caloric surplus ) and high intensity workout plus sleep 8 hours and get some good sun

thats the best research can offer u

you have the testosterone of an old man then so yea makes sense.

Start taking zinc and magnesium right now

20 y/0 6'0 @ 190 lbs
Been working out an entire year, 6 days a week pushing hard and I am in the same boat.

4 months into lifting:
426 ng/dL total
17.6 pg/mL free

Now @ 11 months:
391 ng/dL free
15.6 pg/mL total

Still made gains, feel like a zombie. WELP

swap free & total

Also started at 135 lb if that's any consolation

sorry to hear that mate, what the hell happened do you think?

Dunno, went to an endo and had EVERYTHING tested, even got an MRI. Everything except prolactin is completely normal. Only thing I can think of is the slightly elevated prolactin from fapping daily

iktf, bro.

Doctors have to say that anything over 200 is (((normal))). 445 is on the lower side, but it's not absolutely abysmal either.

Also, test actually peaks at 24 for the average man, and higher test levels can increase nervousness.

Tfw twenty and lifting heavy/eating super healthy/eleven percent bf/etc. and my test is 295. Idkwtf is up my dude.

Yeah it's kind of low where symptoms start to appear. My testosterone is about 300 and I have dead penis but doctors say levels are fine and they can't help. Lol. Useless shits. You're 18, maybe there is some time? If not prepare TRT when you get to 40
