Realize this is Veeky Forums. Probably 80% of the posters on this board don’t even have a gym membership. They’re just here from other boards to shitpost.

Your best bet is to go to a site that has registrations to force some accountability with posters and you’ll find a lot more serious and actual fit people for real advice.

This board is basically people posting porn disguised as Veeky Forums topics, countless memes, and any legit question is often either ignore to archives or their told to “read the sticky.”
