i have been able to stay away from my most common binge food for an entire day! one step at a time

Any knee problems?

No, I expected them but was surprised. So far the only problem with running has been some persistent pain in my left hip which I assume is something in my form I need to smooth out. Still learning.

I am lucky with my fat distribution. Nearly everything is in my ass/hips/thighs, and believe it or not, some guys like that. Also, he approached my at a bar when i was like this so there really is no denying it. My body is suprisingly similar to the pic

I have no idea if this will make my next cut be more effective, but I’m just glad I can eat 800 more calories without gaining weight.

Try taking away from carbs and distributing into protein and fat while maintaining the caloric deficit. That should do the trick if you still want to lose weight

Only 18 lbs left but feels like permacut

I'm not saying take away ALL carbs ffs. All I'm saying is redistribute 500cal of carbs into the rest. Tbh that did it for me. No two people process carbs the same way
