if vegans are so disgusted by meat eaters and animal products why do they always try to make food that looks like meat and animal products?

i don't like to eat roaches. therefore i would not want to cook food that looks like roaches.

because people are used to eat hot dogs and other meat prodocts. Mock meats make it easier for a normal human to transition into a vegan diet.

Most long term vegans dont consume any mock meats.

I'm not a real vegan, but I limit my meat intake and avoid dairy because I don't trust either industry. I love meat for the flavor, and don't care about the environment or ethics.

I wonder if I can make a bigger egg dish of I did this with real eggs. Like put the whites of 3 eggs into the avocado skin, bake, then put yoke of 3 eggs into the center and add heat to get one artificially big egg.

Will try it this weekend and report back
