Most elite weightlifters look DYEL or fat, the ones that dont do additional bodybuilding training. This isn't even counting how DYEL amateur weightlifters look.

The meme is comparing 2 different sports(in a really stupid way), but either way, gymnasts usually look much more aesthetic than weightlifters. Look at any gymnast that specializes in rings, they will look extremely jacked 99% of the time. Weightlifters not so much.

almost 3 years calisthenics and not a turbo manlet. Honestly I don't know many calisthenic guys IRL at all, most guys I know that work out just lift weights, but a lot of the ones I see online look pretty good.
But all that is irrelevant. Gymnastics is a sport, not really a way of training. Different gymnasts have different bodies. A high bar specialist will have a different body from a ring specialist. Not to mention someone that specializes in high bar doesn't have nearly the same amount of strength as a ring specialist. Even amateur gymnasts are aesthetics, I don't think the whole gymnastics community is on roids...

I don't think you realize the amount of strength and condition that goes into holding these "poses", their transitions and training. In the entire world, not even a dozen people have managed to hold a Victorian on rings.
I never really trained gymnastics and im not interested in it, just knew a few people who did. Most gymnasts are focused on their sport anyway, not looking good.
If you join a gymnastics gym when you dont like gymnastics, in hopes of looking like a gymnast... just lol

Lately, not very much. I sort of alternate between bodyweight and weighted bodyweight.
But from my experience, I usually get most hypertrophy gains from doing ring training without weights. It may not be true for everyone, but that's just what I have noticed and it probably has to do with the fact that you are using more muscle fibers during ring training than anything.

free standing handstand push ups 3x5
1 arm chin up attempts 3x3
wall deep handstand push ups 3x5-8
weighted pull ups 3x5
weighted push ups 3x5-8
nordic curl negatives 3x8
explosive pull ups(variations)5x5 with little rest
tuck planche push ups 3x3-5 with long pauses
front lever row whatever progression 3x5
then just do one arm hanging and switching at the end to finish off, mostly for forearms and getting grip used to one arm chin ups

This is why you avoid dairy, folks.
