I have almost the exact phisique, I have been lifting for 7 months, I started lifting being fucking disgusting fat, now I look pretty much like that. You need to push harder brah.

I get it man. I've been re-evaluating my training and diet: after 6 years of lifting, I've "settled down" into a physique
I've been through countless bulk and cut cycles
I've been through countless routines
I've been up 20lbs from where I am now, and down 30lbs as well
I've switched priorities from strength, to aestetics, to athletics
My current focus is to maintain my LBM, control my weight down to the very lb, and maintain healthy blood lipid levels. Currently my health profile is perfect: I've found my BMR, my EER, my favorite lifts, my preffered cardio.
I'm settling in for the long-term approach, and I'll only get better from here.


Be that as it may, I understand that from /fit perspective I'm lagging behind. Also I am fully aware the difference that one picture can make, because by taking a lot of pictures of myself I realized how much my appearance fluctuates >
