Calories/day

I'm 17 and I started counting calories and the calorie calculator from scoobysworkshop is telling me to eat 1700 calories/day , I've been following this for a while and havent seemed tired or anything like that but 1700 seems low for a teenage male who works out. Is this right?

If you're unsure about eating more then give it a shot and see if you lose weight, if you feel you should eat more then you should, that said at 20% with noob gains you'll probably get a little bit of recomp going on.

yeah its weird this isn't an adult board. I thought people would be more welcome to the idea of someone trying to get in shape before they finish growing because of how much they make fun of people with loose skin for not doing what I am trying to do.

I'm at like 20% bf and kinda have a skinny fat situation going on, I max (165, 225, 275) for (bench, squat, deadlift) and I'm trying to cut now so the muscle I have will actually show.
My parents are pretty tall so hopefully by the time I finish growing I won't be a manlet

i got myfitnesspal and I've been tracking my calories with it, i think that the body fat I have is more than enough to grow without having to eat any more. Also where do I acquire this Growth Human Hormone.
