tried to cut down on junk, especially soda but diet wasn't too different

image 1>2 was i guess 'leangains' where i lost weight and gained muscle due to being new
between image 2 and 3 i actually bulked to 82 and then cut down again, image 2>3 doesn't look that different to me but my lifts were much better
