Dying normally makes you feel nothing. Or it should, idk I'm not a doctor.

Be yourself.

by accomplishing goals

When I do, it’s “never good enough”

Lift weights, have a few friends you talk to regularly, get a decent job that requires you to dress business casual. Seriously even if you only make like 25-30k a year if you dress business casual and work grown man hours m-f in an office you will actually feel like a somewhat successful person.

Somewhere else, there is a guy, just like you.

Eat better. Watch your thoughts. Be aware of your emotions. Most importantly, act with courage and decisiveness.

start working our and doing things that will make you less of a loser, everyone cab be a sick cunt if they want it bad enough

I pity him

Become attractive.

He said stop not continue.

do something about your problems, be the person you want to be

Then accomplish something bigger. Think of it as a romantically fatalistic ambition

>am fat
>am loser
>feel like beta
>low hope I can lose the weight.
got any advice the lack of sex and feeling like a beta is killing me knowing that other men are fucking girls

Success is not a goal, success is a never ending journey. The sooner you realize that, the better.

Feeling like a loser is a relative thing.

Compare self to others and youll feel contempt for the weak or jealousy for the strong.

Compare yourself to the self of yesterday.

Be better than him.
Baby steps
Dont celebrate too loudly.

Tfw when guys post nudes of 10/10 girls on /b/ and I become depressed when I know he gets to fuck her and I don’t. Why am I like this

If it's any consolation I'm good-looking and have a ton of friends and still get 0 girls, lack of sex isn't just for /fat/bros. Gotta find other things that make you happy

Stop acting like one.

this

It sounds cringey and cliche, but it's the truth.

the only time I actually started getting female attention was when I stopped giving a shit about girls entirely.

Now if only I could follow my own advice...

clean your room bucko

every fucking time i manage to build/make something worthwhile i fucking tear it down with my own hands knowingly

i'm my fucking worst enemy

Your desires are too far ahead of your means. Just focus on what you can do right now, with what you have right now. Record it, and then tomorrow do that plus a little bit more. This is how you transcend yourself.

3 easy fucking steps

1) Work
Even a small part time job will fill your time, get you cash, force you to interact with people to some degree, and get you out of the house.

2) Detox
Less vidya, porn, etc. Uninstall all your games except those one or two that you'll indulge in once or twice a week. Stop wasting time.

3) Hobbies
Use your new income and free time to do something productive. Practice piano, go running, draw, airsoft, whatever.

1. Remember that in the big picture, we are all just bioslime on a tiny rock in an immense universe, nothing you do for good or bad actually matters as much as it feels like it does, that is the start of becoming free.

2. Remember that all the self-help bullshit about being in charge of your own life is half-true at best - you didn't choose where you were born, what genetics you have, and you have only limited control over your environment. Figure out what you can control (your own actions) and work from there.

3. Often the best way to achieve happiness for yourself is actually to stop worrying about yourself so much, and work on bringing more happiness to the people around you. Connecting with other people pulls you out of the prison of yourself.

4. You don't have to be a sad cunt just because a lot of things suck. Someday you'll get sick and suffer and die and while you are doing that, you will look back on your current self and wish that you had realized things weren't actually all that bad.

5. There's nothing wrong with just getting high and playing vidya if that is actually what you feel like doing.

6. Building cardio fitness is amazing for your health and mind. I recommend bicycle rides.

you realize you have not only become one but are one

Stop being one

that's like asking how you can stop feeling the press of the loaded bar on your shoulders
ignoring the fact that you can just take the weight off (suicide) you can develop yourself to be able to easily move around with that weight. so even with the weight still there, you can strive to feel better.

for weightlifting, you just have to grind at the gym and eat

for depression, self loathing, nihilism, you have to develop your mind until you are capable of wrapping your perception around the feelings you have and observe them. being able to just sit there above the feelings and observe them from there is enough. you don't even need to be able to control them, just get outside the frame and observe it.

>we become capable of transcending the very need for meaning

Solid advice. I will add to step #2: stop eating out and start cooking. Only put in you body what YOU prepare. You'll save money and be far healthier if you count your macros. Once a week eating out social is OK but othwise limit it.

Stop giving advice please

It never goes away and you don't want it to, thats what will motivate you to push yourself your whole life

Im right were you are OP.

First step is we need to define loser

Loser is somebody who loses at a game

We need to define the game, Is it career? money? pussy? body?

Then start playing. If you are anything like my you are not even a loser because you are not even playing.

Start playing, set goals.

he is absolutely right. The red pill is knowing all that and forcing yourself even then.
