Symmetric Strength thread?

I'm no longer subpar in any of my muscle groups, woo! I desperately need to get my lifts up but cutting is a bitch.

For how long have you been training? What do you do?

I've been on and off during the last couple of months, using open days and a free week at a health and rehabilitation facility, as I can't afford a gym membership.

Also, 70 kg bodyweight.

I-I didnt think my bench was so much weaker than average ;_;

How bad is 135 after 2.5 months lifting?

...

135 kilograms is a remarkably high weight after just 2.5 months. I'm impressed.

135kg is great for 2.5 months.

...

5'7" 180lb manlet reporting in. Been lifting for 3 years, decided to get serious about it and have followed wendler 5/3/1 for the last year

>2017
>still using burgerponds to measure weight

...

Burgerponds have been to the moon, friendo.

>1969-1972
>relevant as an excuse for not using a better system of measurement

Is this really how were gonna spend our time?

OP here. Been training about 2-3 months. I do Phrak's Greyskull LP with added accessories.

Where're my chestlet brethren

...

Mate I'm literally the same as you.

Taking some time off from deads/squats to give my back a break. Gonna try for 2pl8 ohp and 3pl8 bench by this time next year and just kinda see where lower stuff lands.

How do I grow muscle?

When I do squats or deadlifts it's fucking painful and I hate it.

Oh god wtf is that?

Tell us where those mean old weight hurt you.

Post body

So when I de-rack the squat bar

I just feel uncomfortable in general, my knee makes a popping sound and I struggle to keep my balance at low weights.

I find it difficult to take a step forward or backwards when I have 40kg on my shoulders.

I've got autism and I think it messes with my co-ordination a bit.

When I do Military overhead press my back feels sore afterwards.

When I do barbell curls my right arm is really sore at the joint.

But I weigh 77 kilos and I can do 8 chinups, about 30 pushups and about 60 crunches without resting.
