>swallow 200 mg caffeine tab with some water
>workout
anything else as pwo is a waste of time and money

coffee is not a preworkout

>My favorite pre-workout? Why, a cup of coffee (black, of course) is all I need.

hes not wrong tho, the caffeine is the only ingredient that actually does something in pwo, youre better off drinking coffee

>not buying preworkouts with questionably safe, semi-banned stimulants
>not using NO boosters like l arginine for pump

I have 6 figures in savings and I still cant justify buying a preworkout.

So how do you poorfags living week to week /still in school justify it?

You realise it doesn't build muscle right?

I kinda love the itchy face feeling from the beta alanine

Add tons of sugar and it will taste better. Of course it taste bad. That's how you know it's good for you.

the whore you posted is even more disgusting

based gibposter

this
just eat something an hour before. if you need caffeine; just drink coffee, retards

>what is beta alanine
>what is citruline
>what is dmaa
yeah, most preworkouts on the market isn't worth it, but there are still lots of decent pre workouts that will make your workouts more intense

This. Same with other shitty supplements. I always see dyels having bags full of like $500 worth in supplement and then hear them complain how it's expensive as fuck.

Im guessing everyone in this thread so far uses fucking C4 preworkout (which is fucking garbage)

If yku wamt to try a real preworkout, try Dust Extreme by blackstone labs. Not even shilling, this shit is good and makes you into pic related

>1 scoop Ghost: Legend blue raspberry
>2-4 micro-scoops Con Cret blue raspberry

Thank me later

Can confirm. Just used all my APS Mesomorph and that stuff is crazy. You can't even compare it to the normie pwo that you find at GNC.

>find out i can import dmaa pwo no problem
>order something called Suizide
>only flavor left is "tropical death"
>ffwd 3 days
>package is home
>bout to drop a scoop for this arm day
>tastes like stomach acid and crushed aspirin
>almost vomit because the powder lingers in my throat

Should I not bother finishing my tub of creatine? Is it a waste of money?

The more important question is :
Why is all the fitness-related food disgusting ?

Whey ? Trash, even if you find a good one you'll get sick of it after a week
Protein bar ? Trash OR expensive as a motherfucker and even then, still trash
Pre-workouts ? Utter fucking trashy acid-like trash

Bananas are tasty though

you can chug down 50g of protein of whey in about 2 seconds, taste is good enough

Musclepharm assault is delicious compared to my current preworkout, i gladly pay that 5 or 6 euros extra

Drink black coffee why waste money on pre workouts.

I used to have that and it was good, pretty sour I thought. Costs way too much though

It's pure chemical with the bare minimum added to make it palatable, so it's going to suck. They could all be made better but the result would be like candy, not very healthy, doesn't align with most diets
