COUNTLESS people all across Europe, especially the old people that lived through the time period of WW2 will tell you that the Germans treated the local populace with respect and dignity. They didn't pillage and rape.

That is completely untrue, which you'd know if you ever bothered to work in some sort of criminal (or any other litigation) law field. Despite lots of studies about the weakness of eyewitness testimony relative to other forms of evidence, it's still heavily relied upon and impactful to jurors. Not to mention that every single other form of evidence itself will rely on eyewitness testimony, both to provide context and to establish an authentic chain of transmission.

Even in modern ISIS execution videos, the camera is generally kept a safe distance from the shooter and is generally taken from his rear or to the side. The few video taken to the front (where the shooter's weapon is facing the cameraman), have the camera shooting at an angle presumably to avoid ricochets.

Actually most, if not all of the cameramen responsible for taking photos of Einatzgruppen actions would've members of the German armed forces who would've been taught range safety during basic training.
This was the closest I could find to an authentic Einatzgruppen photo where the shooter is clearly facing the cameraman and even then, he's a safe distance away and his weapon is pointed down at the victim's head,

from what we know, there was a lot of unregulated prostitution catered to German soldiers in Eastern Europe and the women recruited for German military brothels mostly came from that milieu, not random kidnapped women
