I'm weary of recommending fish at all. Shellfish in general have better nutrients while having less polluants.
Most fish are contaminated with plastics and/or heavy metals. Smaller fish have less heavy metal buildup than larger fish, but they still have traces, and still contain plastics.

If you're on a budget, sardines and anchovies are decent, if you're rich, wild alaskan salmon.
Avoid farmed fish, especially salmon, even if organic. They're fed processed trash and given chemicals to color their diseased, grey flesh.
Fish oil supplements are also no bueno (poorly sourced, the chemical extraction process leaves tons of polluants in the oil, and the oil is often rancid)

I was lifting pretty light at first since when I started out I was just fucking fat. I have a naturally big build and have powerlifted off and on since high school. Now I'm down under 240 lbs and 6'. I do an hour of cardio when I get to the gym in the morning just to wake up and plus cardio pisses me right the fuck off. Total waste of time. Monday I started lifting for an hour, and today I lifted for an hour properly instead of in a rage. I blasted shoulders and bi's the whole time hard. Strange thing is the older I get I don't get sore the day after a hard workout, but two days later I'm sore as fuck.
