My genetic potential is shit. I just get fat if I gain more weight which I don't like, so I stick around 75kg lean nowadays (been up to 82kg several times and cut down but always end up the same). I usually don't have time to train more than 3 times a week and when I do have time I always get joint issues... I am not destined for amazing achievements in lifting. I look all right I guess tho and I have fun doing it.

Nah it doesn't I am just not built for heavy training. I get issues from overtraining not when I stay within my limits. If my form sucked it would always suck. I also have a lot of lifting friends who know their shit that I frequently train with and who check my form.

I actually just started deadlifting recently. Was unnecessarily afraid of snapcity. I'm working my weight very slowly up, concentrating on form. Each week I bump up by 10 pounds, with no problem or strain. Currently at 145 at 3x5 with no problem.
