5tbsp of oil is 500 calories right off the bat. Throw it on some beans (butter beans are good, wash them first in a strainer) with some lemon juice, a tiny bit of mustard, 2tbsp of nice expensive white balsamic vinaigrette and 2tbsp of a normal balsamic vinaigrette.

Thats at minimum 800 calories and it takes literally 2 minutes to make, keeps forever since none of those ingredients expire (except the lemons) and is healthy.
