Fitness has always been 3 times a week with a semi, alternating squat and deadlift, full body routine.
Although most days I just work out what I feel like but just make sure I hit most muscle groups.
At the moment I have picked up cycling for cardio and for killing gains.

I just try to eat healthy, I do not count macros or kcal. I just eat based on how hungry I am, slightly gaining at the moment.
I had the phase where I had an exel sheet and weighed my slices bread before and after putting peanut butter on it though.

Genetics will play a big part no doubt, but that does not mean you can be a better version of yourself.

I have a question for you Veeky Forumsizens. I've been stuck at about 15% bf for a couple months now and I'm pretty sure it's because of my high carb intake. I was thinking about doing keto but the example macros they gave looked pretty low on protein so I was wondering if 50% fat, 45% protein and 5% carbs would be a good ratio.

I would say genetics. Mine are connected up fairly high which activates them a lot during all kinds of exercises.

What the fuck is a PT going to do for me when besides give me some meme routine that’s retarded as fuck.

Trust me I’ve done all the PT tier meme brosplits before, they’re useless for me.

I get a nice juicy pump and then that’s it, there’s no lasting effects of me looking like I lift when I run a brosplit.


Also, diet is another thing. How the fuck do so many vegans I see maintaining muscle mass online, yet when I stop eating animal products I literally can see myself losing muscle mass and strength in a matter of weeks.

I started around 180 being skinnyfat as far as I remember. I did cut after a few months to make sure I knew I could lose the weight when I started bulking.

Do I have a hormone disorder? My hips are wide and I store fat in my thighs and lovehandles more than anywhere else. My voice is higher sorta like Thom Yorke and I feel like I gain muscle very slowly. I don't even look like I lift which is very demotivating.
