Supplements

You have $200 a month to spend on supplements not including protein, what do you get for the most gains and why?

Save that $200 and buy real food and some gear. Supps are worthless marketing bullshit, with the exception of creatine, bcaas, and multivitamins.
Total maybe $30 for all 3.

That's already minus the food and essential gear. So just pocket the $200?

plus 200 caffeine pills (10 bucks)

L glutamine is useless.
Caffeine definitely a must though.
Creatine is great, and whey only if you can't hit your protein through your diet, which you should be able to.
I don't use whey.

By gear I mean juice buddy.

Buy a whey powder and save your money as the difference most supps make is next to nothing.
Otherwise start pinning gear like the other user said. If you're desperate to find a miracle supp.

Decide for yourself. Try it, see if you get results or not. Been lifting 6 years so ive found my ideal supplement stack.

a thicc hooker, nothing gives more test then a thicc bitch

>Supps are worthless marketing bullshit, with the exception of creatine, bcaas, and multivitamins.
>2 out of 3 listed are literal memes

None protein...hmmm
Colostrum.
Zma.
Bcaa
Jelly beans for intra carbs that taste nice.
Creatine
Pre workout cheap stuff expensive is a waste.
Multi vit

I'm guessing the only one that's not a meme is the bcaas right? I feel like you can just get your vitamins from a healthy diet.. and I feel like you don't actually need creatine in your body.

>Creatine
>Citrulin
>Tyrosin
>Caffeine pills
for my preworkout
>Vit D
>Omega 3
>Ashwagandha
>ZMA
for regeneration

that's why your body produces creatine itself... topkek

I have had the same problem all my life. Always the first times with a new girl I can't get it up or stay hard.
I've been with this girl 4 times now, and It have happend everytime, watdo...

Why would I reduce my budget to only 200$ a month?

Creatine is the only supplement that pretty much everybody can benefit from. Everything else is situational at best.

Was Arnold taking pre workout, creatine, bcaas, and all that useless bullshit?

Dude was taking Dbol, Test, food weed and pussy

Let the good goys buy all that powdered shit

creatine is the non-meme one. you get enough bcaas even with a shitty diet
