>When I bulk I get fat

I'm never going to make it out of skinnyfat mode, I should just kms.

are you eating enough protein?

yes, two grams per kg

Stop eating artificial sugar, any kind of sweeteners or ''diet'' drinks.

>b-but it says 0g of sugar!
no

I only drink water and the only sweetener I use is half a tablespoon of erythritol (0 GI) for cofee everyday

Fuck, I meant teaspoon

Eating enough protein is NOT about eating enough protein for muscle protein synthesis. That number is absurdly low. Eating enough protein is about spiking your body to begin MPS and preventing muscle catabolism.

>falling for the bulk&cut meme
>falling for the 2g/kg meme

you truly need to leave this site if you take this shit seriously

Keep lifting heavy when you cut.

Maybe its not from good sources, get the majority of that from complete proteins

Sound to me you just might not be "properly" training. Maybe very bad programming or just not training very hard

Are you sure this is what you meant to write? It seems to be nonsense

When you are faced reading something you do not understand, there are two options.

A: Assume the writer is the idiot.

B: Assume you are the one who just doesn't understand

You're an idiot, what you wrote in nonsense, and I don't understand what you're trying to say.

Sounds like a you problem

>lifting for 1.2 years
>barely look different from day 1
>lifts are shit

I know your feel, it's my fault for not eating enough but I dread becoming fat

Post body.

What's the proper way to go about it then?

I always forget that people don't fast, eating one time a day is so ingrained in me that I literally don't even think about it.
