Guy next to me is benching 3pl8s

>guy next to me is benching 3pl8s

>guy next to you is squatting your ohp

push down on it with your whole bodyweight
assert dominance

I only weigh 60kg he could probably bench me too

I don’t get it, 3? One plate goes on each side of the bar, where does the third go?

>when he wears leggings to the gym

try mouth fills 5xF

you tie the third one to the bar with a string
tie it to both ends of course, so it's balanced and doesn't tip over

Shitty bait

Middle of the bar

you alternate it every set

pics? of the guy

My 1rpm is 225 on bench. I'm an idiot and haven't been doing squats or deadlifts. What are respectable numbers for the big three?

Shit bait, it's 2 plates on one side and 1 plate on the other

I'm squatting my own Ohp.

100kg for bench
140kg for squat
180kg for deadlift

bench and squat for 5 reps
deadlift for 1 rep

Thanks. I don't know wtf I was thinking. Time to start on the rest.

That bait was actually so good

This. You gotta confuse the muscles. Whatsmore, you actually lift 225 every set but with only one side of your body, which is much more beneficial than lifting a balanced barbell. Stabilization muscles get involved more as well. This one simple trick helped me a lot.

>File name
Jag skrattade

>load up bar in squat rack
>warm up the legs with bodyweight squats, go through all the motions
>grab bar in typical position and get ready to go underneath
>back off at the last minute and curl 25lb dumbbells
>muscles have no idea what's happening, only possible recourse is to grow 1 inch in diameter

Fag

>tfw see video of guy tearing his bicep doing 3pl8 bench
>told myself i'll never go past 2pl8 for reps

>almost there
what do?

oh you're that dumb cunt of a femanon again.... spoken to your gym crush already huh?

180kg deadlift also for 5 reps at those ratios. You're mixing up sets and reps.

If you could squat 140 for reps and only deadlift 180 once you'd look fucked. Massive legs and no back.

>deadlift build the back meme

Heavy rows and lat work build the back, deadlift are for overall power and core strength.

just skipp 3 and go straight to 4

>finish warmup sets on squats
>put on my lmao1.5plaet
>some girls walk in and stand in front of mirror next to my rack
>they start doing lightweight stuff with curl bars
>they giggle the whole time I'm doing my squats
>move on to barbell rows
>1plaet
>still more giggling
>can't tell if they're giggling about me, my weights, some other dude or each other
