Really activates my almonds
Well PB and fatty fish are dense in fat but they also have proteins... Wether you're cutting or bulking, your prots intake shouldn't drastically vary.
I like putting PB when ever I'm having fresh fruit like bananas, apples, and stir it in my oatmeal. Delicious!
How do I activate my almonds?
PB isn't healthy dumbass, it's mostly Omega 6's. Peanuts are also known to contain a lot of mycotoxins.
>2017
>Not activating your almonds before consumption
>peanuts arent healthy
lmao
>PB isn’t healthy
Have fun with your inflamation brah
>omega-6 essential fatty acids are unhealthy, I read it in a magazine that said saturated fats and cholesterol are good for you and fruit gives you diabetes
>PB isn't healthy
Are nuts a meme? I've just never in my life included them in my regular diet.,
>The same sentence literally talks about Omega 3 rich fatty fish.
Rice, beans and bacon.
If I want some extra calories, I warm up a couple of egg yolks by lightly poaching them, put them on top of the RB&B, and split them open so they run over it like a sauce.
>bacon
I once ate that at McDonalds, it wasn't good at all. Never tried it ever again.
why would God bulk up a tire?
