Make sure you have sufficient volume, sufficient recovery, and you're running intelligent programming. You can't just push 100% forever and expect to keep going up. Mess around with set, rep, and intensity schemes, or look into programming done by smarter people, like the bridge method by Kizen training.

Ive never trained barbell bench because it makes my shoulders feel like shit. I do dips and Dumbbell Flies for chest and that's it.
My working sets for Dips are 170lbs bodyweight plus 45lbs for 10 reps.
Incline and flat Db flies with 40s for 12 reps.
Yeah short legs and arms means I get to look thick. You have the potential to be way bigger.
