This is unironically true on a certain point of the running spectrum. Look at the marathon runners, lot of them get the dead eyes/dumb look and (presumably from constant sun exposure with bad genetics) abnormally wrinkly skin in the face. Not sure why but it's pretty undeniable for that sector of running, even though ultra runners tend to look good (like the winner of the moab, beautiful woman)

I have no idea. I'm not a weight lifter. The last time I bench pressed was a few years back. The one-rep is the max out right? It was 160. My mile is about 3 minutes. I like to run, and am pretty fast. It's pretty easy to jeer someone on the internets. But in all honesty, if you're in the area, feel free to come by and have your ass handed to you.
