Looks like autism in this thread. Protein try and avoid bread senpai try swapping it out for potatoes and sweet potatoes the kings of cards. Also eat plenty of fat, natural good healthy fat avoid trans fats. Avoid sugar like the plague and try to eat high quality protein.

Oh and finally loads of green vegetables you can cook them in fritadas or omelettes if you aren't a fan. Fruit is great too but you can eat vegetables all day but eat fruit in moderation.
