Got sick on Friday. Had to skip workout yesterday and today. Didn't eat much yesterday, barfed up my dinner just now.

After being sick for the last three weekends I’ve lost some progress and keep getting my lifts reset just as I approach my old PRs.

It’s getting on my tits to be honest.

20lbs in 8 weeks, lifts all going up, enjoying it.

I'm ~170 at 5' 8", the heaviest I've ever been. Smeshin pr's left and right. Actually learned how to deadlift and adding at least 20 lbs erry time I go to the gym, grip is failing but 3pl8s goes up easy

I'm eating two cans of evaporated milk, one serving of tuna-chili-mac slop, and a three-egg omelette every day (in addition to my regular meals).

Started IF bulking a little over a week ago. Lifts haven't really improved yet and I just feel constantly bloated and shit.
