a) I'm a very strict vegetarian (no creams, ice creams, milks, cheeses etc, just greek yogurt and eggs for gains) so I don't get any more cholesterol from my diet, 4 eggs 2-3 times a week won't hurt
b) I fucking HATE wasting food, it's unethical and disrespectful to the animal who gave its life. It's like eating a chicken thigh and throwing away the drumstick.
