Bowl of oats with banana and honey, and a three egg omlette

120g oats
300ml milk
20g peanut butter
Microwave until peanut butter melts then mix
Eat a banana too
I usually prepare and eat this in under 5 minutes

Protein shake 2 scoops of instant oats 50g protein and toast

I should really get some veggies but I end up hating everything I eat before work. It's like I associate every new taste with the dread of dragging myself off to work bleary-eyed

I just have something sweet with coffee. It's a terrible habit really. Never feel like having a proper meal on waking up. Why eat at all then? Coffee on an empty stomach will give me raging diarrhea. Why drink coffee then? Addiction. I tell myself this is ok as I don't do sweets, soda, or fast food.

Sausages
Oatmeal
Kodiak Cakes

And then I usually also have as an additional side either
A Banana
Greek Yogurt
A serving of Cottage Cheese

yeah mine is better, I just think of food on my rest days and imagine eating food on lift days.

I drink room temperature water for breakfast

I drink cold brew coffee and eat a vegan protien bar. I wish I had time for overnight oats but I don't drink milk/use whey because I'm lactose intolerant.

2 scoops of whey mixed in water, 40g oats with a sliced banana and a splash of milk, a cup of coffee. Sometimes I blend the whey with some greens.

I do IF, but i enjoy breakfast items later in the day.

My personal favorite are chocolate whey pancakes.

1 scoop whey
1/4 a cup of oats cooked and cooled or muesli-style
1 eggs
A banana
3 tablespoons oil

Mix everything
Take another 3 egg whites and mix em till you get stiff peaks

Fold everything together and make pancakes

If you have a sweet tooth, get some low carb or sugar free syrup

My breakfast every day for the last 12 years has been 6 or 7 eggs scrambled with veggies and some sort of meat, usually bacon.

The acquisition of a husband and three gains goblins through the years means I cook up ~16-18 eggs a day for breakfast.
