TRT for a year

I started TRT after feeling like shit and being tired all the time. Wife was bitching that I never wanted to have sex, and it was true. I had no urge to want to fuck. Went for sleep test (no apnea) and blood work and came back with low t. 220 once and 198 the 2nd time. I’m 34 now, skinny fat. I tried to gym but didn’t seem to help, but eat like shit I guess. I’m not big on sweets or sugar and have no problem doing low carb but I cant seem to lose fat. I dropped about 20lbs of fat from the TRT alone, and sex drive is through the roof. However I can’t seem to put on muscle.

Any ideas? Just shit genetics?

Like most Veeky Forumsizens, your diet and training is probably trash. What is your height and bodyweight?

Your eating is poor, your training is bad or it's both. With Pharm grade test it's not going to be anything else. I put on 10lbs in 4 weeks with illegal test while losing BF and had 300-400 range for the last few blood tests. People have different sensitivities to test but there isn't going to be any nonresponsiveness.

Eat more

What’s an example of a decent day lunch?

I was eating bacon and eggs every morning or grilled chicken with broccoli and rice. I don’t mind doing it again if I was some how doing it wrong

>can't seem to lose fat
>dropped 20 lbs of fat

Test isn't like a cheat code on your fucking video games mr autismo.

You have to train, you have to eat and you HAVE to grow. You don't just 'try' gym. It's not an activity, but a lifestyle, everything you do has to be for the purpose of progression in the gym. Every aspect of your life has to warp around this one, all encompassing goal, whether it's getting big, getting lean or becoming athletic, you have to NEED to achieve it.

Are you a woman going to body pump class twice a week? Or are you a man who has made the decision to shackle himself to weekly injections of synthetic testosterone for the rest of his natural life? OWN what you have done and become all that you can become. You MUST do it. Just as the grass must grows and the sun must rise and the leaves must fall from the trees, so must you progress towards your goal. When you truly realise this, then you will progress.

Not OP, but my diet is good and workout as much as I am cutting pretty hardcore, my test is like 80, will I see any improvement on trt?

how'd you find a good endochronologist? i went to one referred by my pcp and he was basically like "well you're not 20 anymore so your testosterone is fine" despite having all the symptoms

Fuck sake I was 25 when they started telling me this.

But then I went to bangkok and did 350 mg test p for 9 weeks and while my libido was slightly higher it wasnt like crazy. Refractory period went down a lot tho, and I could last way longer.

I speculate porn addiction is my real problem. Or finasteride use for hair loss that somehow induced penopause

ofc - you are sedentary and without a diet thats focused around on your excercise. only through sweat and heavy lifting will you secrete growth hormone and other relief providing neurochemicals that poise your body for forward improvement.
