Who the fuck cares what juiced up bodybuilders and powerlifters think of it, it's not for them so of course they don't like it. It's for the totally untrained who have never touched a barbell before to get them squatting 315 in a few months, and for that purpose it works very well. There is literally nothing wrong with doing starting strength
