Chili and rice

All my meals generally look like this. I alternate between fish, chicken, pork, and beef, between rice and noodles, and between yogurt and peanut butter. 2500 cal, 160g protein, 200g carbs, 115g mostly healthy fats. Average daily cost where I live is $5.50 in NY.

>shit load of garlic/jalapenos/spices/onion

Makes about two huge meals or three reasonable meals. Macros depend on beef but it has a lot of protein and fiber. If you're bulking you can have cheese and tortillas.

Give this a shot user. I make this shit but I throw sautéed sliced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes in with the chicken. I also use a little less honey and soy sauce then the recipe recommends to not overload on calories. It makes for a pretty good fit meal prep, and it tastes awesome.

I live on the water and a lot of my family goes fishing for sport, and they'll usually give me the fish. 99% of my meals consist of fish + rice/potatoes + spinach/lettuce/broccoli

You have to decide what is important to you and where your priorities are.
I try to buy in bulk and freeze anything I can so it will last longer.

Take some ground beef. Take some kidney beans and pinto beans, take veggies like onions, bell pepper, chilli peppers, garlic, and spices and make chilli. You can make a giant pot and eat it all week. You can pour it over rice too. Add cheese if you want. Use chicken if you want.

High in protein, fiber, good carbs, veggies, keeps well, easy to make and taste good.

Eggs and rice, seasoned however with whatever is on hand.
