I know its not major progress like you guys, 15 pounds is probably nothing, but at least I'm managing for a bit. I want to start lifting, but some people said that I need to wait until I have fully cut, and others have said i should lift as I cut to maintain muscle. Another group says that I'm doing it all wrong and will end up with loose skin, and of course, the other group has said that they are faggots and are lying.
I dont know who to believe and what to do, so i figured I'd ask the pros here and learn from you guys. What should I do? Fasting seems appealing, but I've never done it. I just want to lose weight and all the fat around my body so I can look good for once in my miserable life. Some people also said that you will gain all the weight back and its pointless, others have said that as long as I stay at maintenance, then I won't lose shit.

One sort of nice thing about fasting is that you shouldn't be doing much exercise for the duration anyway. Only in the case of long fasts tho. If you're doing OMAD you should also do some training.

Exercise is a separate issue to weight loss and you should do it regardless of diet or eating pattern.
Together with getting your eating habits fixed it's probably the most influential thing you can do to improve health and longevity.
I think most people do OMAD because it's the easiest to do. It might be noob mode but it's better than 5 MEALS A DAY OR YOU'LL LITERALLY DIE.
