Threads like these should be required viewing before you enter the gym. Proper form is essential, safety first, don't ego lift, slowly build up to lifting heavy, give your body time to strengthen bones and tendons for lifting heavy.

No, blacks actually have more bone density than either whites or Asians. The severity of their snaps are probably because the bones are less "bendy," so they should be less likely to snap but when they snap they snap badly

I don't think blacks are built for lifting heavy shit or high impact trauma. Whites and Asians were lifting heavy for most of their existence, correct me if I'm wrong, preparing for winter time for half the year and shiet, while simultaneously waging war with themselves. It seems like having a body durable enough for lifting heavy things and getting hit with blunted weapons and wearing armor would be selected for. Whoever was the most durable warrior capable of doing hard labor constantly, was selected for.
It seems like in Africa, running and sprinting was selected for, and as we all know, animals designed for sprinting can be very fragile, I'd say it's comparable to cheetahs and other big cats closely related to cheetahs on scales of fragile-ness. I doubt that blacks truly have less or more bone density. That's likely to vary among an individual basis, but on average I'd imagine their ancestors were really good at endurance running and sprinting. I reckon the bones in their legs were durable as all hell.
