Do the GTG(Grease the groove) method. It's used for both strength and endurance. Do 70% of your max pushups(Eg.20-->14) every 20 minutes. I literally went from 20 pushups to 50, also could easily do one arm pushups

If you do this you'll probably get a shoulder injury. when I just started muay thai my shoulders were sore not in a good way just doing normal amounts of shadow boxing

When practicing punches, make a habit of keeping the chin down and tucked. It could mean the difference of not getting KO'd in real life

Worst idea. Nobody is going to give a shit that you're dyel, and nobody is going to notice 2 weeks of noob gains from push-ups. The sooner you get over your insecurity and go to the gym, the sooner you will make gains

Proper technique would probably make it worse. Putting all of your weight into a cross and snapping it back each time without hitting a bag or something is an easy ticket to elbow tendonitis
Post pic? I'm honestly curious. I used to do thai boxing and it was overkill on the abs so I had an 8pac with no upper or lower body at all. Then I tried getting into bw until I joined the army and now I can just go to the gym at work
I've only done calisthenics seriously for the last year or so.
Should really work on my arms more.
