Anyone had experience on fasting while working manual labour? I do snow removal and currently work right when I get up, eat after a shift cause that's when I get hungry, and that lasts me until the end of next shift. I'm interested in trying to fast for even a few days to start off but seeing alot of people bringing up feelings of dizziness, weakness. If it'll affect my ability to work I'd rather stick to what I'm doing.

Honestly on my second day of fasting I can't even lift up a rifle anymore. I have to trudge through snow to get to work, can barely fucking shovel running on empty. If you're going to do a fast, do short ones and eat small healthy meals as an omad to break them, complex carbs like vegetables and some protein. Everyone I know who is or has done 8/16 intermittent fasting (including myself right now) is doing it to cut weight and it does a marvelous job of shredding body fat. I don't know anyone who is using it for a bulk.
