Brothers, regardless how annoying NYRs are, help them. You may not have been a NYR, but you were once a fat fuck, or a skinny twinklet, or some in between DYEL. Maybe you had help on the way, maybe you didn’t, but think back to your former self.

If you didn’t have help, how far would you be today, or vice versa. How many times did you visit a gym before you finally committed yourself? For some, lifting is a last resort, I’ve seen many anons here say they started so they wouldn’t plaster their brains on their bedroom wall, I started because of that too. I’ve made friends in the gym, received uncountable pointers and that’s why I’m still lifting today.

Don’t mock them this year, help them. Be that older bro role model they might have never had. If they have terrible form, show them. You’re making it, give them a chance to make it too.

quit my second job thats been eating up all my free time, and use that time at the gym. Ive been so constricted on time that I haven't been able to go for like 2 months. Also to try and make more money because as of right now I am beyond poor in my own opinion

Achieved my goal last year of losing weight. Now I've got to buckle down and bulk. I thought I'd been eating at maintenance for the past few weeks, but I've ended up losing about 4lbs. Feels good to be able to empathize with skellies instead of fatties.

Drop a few more pounds, make more time to practice art, and study fuckin hard for my medical school boards. Pretty much means I need to cut all time wasters like fit and Facebook out of my life
