what are the exercises that worked for you?

The one i do is
>30 power breaths (sometimes I'll do more or less)
>inhale then full exhale
>sit without air in lungs until i feel the urge to gasp
>inhale and hold in for 15 seconds
>let air out
And that's a complete set. What happens is i feel like the fog in my life dissipates and I can get on without everything feeling overwhelming and forced.

I did 40 days straight of wim hof last year but eventually fell off the wagon because my main priority was my injury at the time, i cant wait to get back into it now with better posture and less imbalances. its totally worth doing but at times difficult to keep it up daily, i felt better skin, better breathing, i was happier, just doing mundane things become easier and you see the joy in it. i have effectively replaced that with weed and i need to change.

Personally I used his methods for taking cold showers, and trust me it has changed many things in my life I do not get cold or sick. I feel very well, It is like weight lifting, time to time you get better at it.

i used to have some of his video lessons, but sadly my HDD died, basically he has everything you need, starting from breathing exercises to, simple workouts, and steps how to properly bath in cold.

The wim hoff method is about re-programming you into breathing fully with focus exercises and shits. He basically took some stuff from yogistic schools and adapted them so that us westerners can breathe the way we were supposed to breathe before shit went down.

Not sure if I completely understand what you're trying to say but I meant more in the sense that you can't take deep breaths when your heart is pumping on rep 10 and you're squatting somewhat heavy. If there's a way to do it without compromising my bracing, I still haven't figured it out.

Your main claim is that he is a con artist, selling people bullshit they won't get anything out of. He makes most of his money from his retreats where he has a bunch of people stay with him and trains them for a week or so. Most people who actually go to Poland to train with him say it was a great experience and well worth the money. The other way he makes money is from his online course, which isn't even very expensive and everyone in this thread just got it for free from that megaupload poster. Most people I've talked to IRL about Wim Hof haven't given him a dime and still report he changed their life simply through getting them to do daily breath work and cold showers.
If you're already experienced with meditation (good for you) you should give the breath work a try and you'd instantly understand why the average normie with no meditation experience gets so stoked on Wim Hof.
