I've noticed that regular use and maintenance is giving me a hell of a leg, ab, and arm workout. Plus of course, cardio. Positioning it takes a good 30+ lbs of force depending on the joint you're moving and carrying it is like carrying a small person who holds their limbs rigid but otherwise does not help you. Ever since I got mine I've noticed overall improvement in my strength and stamina. That all being said, I recognize there is a risk of injury like lifting the doll using your back instead of legs. Being aware of that, I have become much more conscious about form and posture in general.
