I do that all the time if I miss a workout. I'll usually minus a couple sets or movements from each and combine them into 1 workout

Failing a lift isn’t that impressive.... I’m pretty sure most people can fail 170kg bench.

Don't feel too bad user. A 170 bench is like the 80th percentile for male strength.

Just keep at it and you'll make it.

That’s dependent on his goals. If he wants to get swole 8-12 reps. Get strong 1-5 reps. You shouldn’t be failing lifts consistently though . Lower your weight and try again
