Started squatting every day. Damn this feels good.

I don't squat because I blew my fucking knees out after 6 years of infantry.

That sucks, hope your quality of life (daily activities) is still decent or you’re on the path for it.

I'm going to do Front Squats + 1 leg Leg Press + Step ups tomorrow, wish me luck.

i would love to squat everyday. i will probably do so once i move out and invest in a home gym. how do you structure this though?

3x a week. i am getting off the russian squat program now, managed to add 60lbs on squat. just going to run TM now.

was a 6 before, my lower back would feel tweaked . once i put the bar lower i felt much better. 8 now i guess.

would like to hit 405 by spring and hopefully 475-500 by next year.
