how manys eggs a day are safe?

currently I'm eating 8-10 a day
lifting everyday but not most active guy around

I eat about 2-4 a day.
The other day there was a TV news show with a ~~~~~nutritionist~~~~. The reporter asked her
- so, should we really not eat a lot of eggs? are they that bad
- no, eggs are fine! you just have to eat 1 or 2 a week

I've yet to hear of someone dying because of too much egg consumption.

Dad said that 1 egg a day will kill me cause of cholesterol and that my uncle had some sort of kidney disease and he can’t eat eggs or shit. How do I prove him that it’s all a myth and how many eggs is actually safe?

I hate to use buzzwords but eggs are the truest form of superfood there is. If you aren't consuming eggs you're at a disadvantage.

I ate 4 eggs over medium with tons of melted leftover brie for breakfast. pepper and chili lime seasoning. damn best morning this month.

literally 6-7 eggs and cheese omelette in the morning, 3-4 boiled eggs and veggies last meal of the day

it's easy af to eat 10 eggs in a day

High in protein + fat. Low in carbs.

I dropped eggs and most fats in favor of carbs and my lifts are still fine/possibly better.
