How much can you double overhand Veeky Forums? (Dirty hook grips will be kicked to the curb

probably 150-160kg or so. When i get to 140kg i start using hookgrip

I’ve been doing double overhand rack pulls everyday trying to improve grip all I doing it right

275

Around 365-370
After that i use hookgrip

Same, 190 with mixed grip, 150-160 double overhand.

455 hook grip

173 was my highest dl and i only ever overhand so yeah.
im weak.

200x5, way more with a hookgrip

(Kilos) ive rack pulled 270kg with hook for reps

i can dl 450lbs with mixed grip and like only 270 with double overhand lmao

So many griplets in this thread. I can do 4pl8 for 8 reps overhand.

160kg clean grip rack pulls, which is my max btw
Should I learn how to hook?

I can DL 350+ with double overhand just fine but my grip starts failing when I row even a meager 175

kill me

335lb overhand
455lb hook

245kg
deadlifts are the easiest lifts to improve and snap city is a meme

t. chimpanzee mode

Most I've double overhanded for 1 rep is 280.
I have kinda short hands :(

About 345 for a couple reps double overhand. 460+ mixed grip. Too much of a pussy for hook, the couple times I tried it felt like my thumb was ripping apart.

Depends on proportions
Some people will NEVER be able to deadlift properly because of it.

t6'5 wing span 5'7 manlet

But user, I'm a 5'9" manlet

350

>implying anything mixed grip counts as an actual deadlift
soyboys get OUT

205kg for a single, 180 for 7

~365 lb (165 kg)

imo better to do holds for time and maybe some spring grippers (eg captains of crush)--but b careful with those, very easy to do too much

or halfass your rows because you're trying to use them as a grip exercise instead of a back exercise, whatever

>lifting strictly for 11 years straight
>can squat almost 3.5x my bodyweight
>never in my entire life have I had deadlifts in my workout plan

feels good not being a groundbound quadlet.

yes or use straps.

>tfw only 6' but still lanklet
i'm kind of a newfag to deadlifting but i've only ever done overhand
never use belt or straps either but i'm up to 3pl8 now
its easier with different grip?

maybe that's why you look like shit

lose some weight you disgusting fat fuck lol

What a weird shaped body

Op here, that's me in the pic, just set a new double overhand pr of 425 lbs, at 175 lbs bw.

What is the bet for and why would I ever bother with buying one?

thats not me, thats your average dead lifter.

>they don't recognize this picture
newfags need to leave.

>tfw 295 is max with double overhand
>tfw griplet

at 250
